Terms and conditions for using N-Electric services

By accessing or using the N-Electric website, Facebook Messenger chatbot (Volt), or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
N-Electric provides the following services:
An online catalog of electric motorcycles with pricing and specifications
An AI-powered chatbot (Volt) for product inquiries via Facebook Messenger
Online inquiry and reservation request forms
Volt is an AI assistant, not a human representative. Please note:
Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate
Product information is sourced from our database but prices and availability are subject to change without notice
Volt may transfer your conversation to a human staff member for complex inquiries
Volt cannot make binding commitments, promise discounts, or guarantee delivery dates on behalf of N-Electric
Reservation fees secure and allocate a unit to you. The reservation fee is deducted from the total purchase price and is non-refundable once paid, as costs are incurred for supplier allocation, shipping, and warehouse holding. Reservations are subject to unit availability.
All prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept Cash and Credit Card payments. Credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee. N-Electric does not offer direct installment plans, but credit card holders may contact their bank to convert purchases to installment after the transaction.
When using our services, you agree not to:
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website
Abuse, spam, or misuse the chatbot service
Attempt to access restricted areas of our systems
Use our services for any unlawful purpose
All content on the N-Electric website, including text, images, logos, product information, and design, is the property of N-Electric and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
N-Electric provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website, chatbot, or services, including but not limited to inaccurate AI-generated responses, pricing errors, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to N-Electric for the specific transaction in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
